Berkshire Running Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy

FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE JUNE 1ST

1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to BerkshireRunningCamp@gmail.com. The date of the cancellation request will determine the amount of refund eligible.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule, unless you purchased Active Refund:

• Before June 1st: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

• June 1st- August 1st: 50% refund of the camp registration fee.

• After August 1st: No refund will be provided.

• You may opt to keep funds in your family account to be used in future years or by family members attending. 

 

3. Active Refund Add-on 

For participants who would like the flexibility of a full refund for any reason, we strongly encourage you to add the Active Refund option during checkout. By opting for Active Refund, you can cancel your registration at any time prior to the camp start date and receive a 100% refund, no questions asked. This option provides peace of mind and ensures that you are fully covered in case of unforeseen circumstances. Active Refund is only available prior to checkout. 4. Camp Cancellation of Berkshire Running Camp

 In the unlikely event that the camp is canceled by Berkshire Running Camp, all participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees, minus credit card processing fees. However, Berkshire Running Camp is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs.

 

5. Processing Time

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.
